Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 plus car and fuel card

The Role
We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our client's Trafford Park team as a Senior Engineer, reporting to the Service Supervisor.
This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and capability, coupled with an ability to inspire and mentor Engineers to continually improve their performance in line with Environmental, Quality and Health & Safety requirements.
The main purpose of the Senior Engineer is to act as a direct interface between the client, the public and our engineers.
The successful candidate will act as the principle escalation point for technical issues. The candidate will provide both telephone and on site guidance to Engineers, ensuring follow-up of the escalation to point of completion. In addition, the Senior Engineer will be responsible for noting training requirements for continual skills improvement of Engineers.
Furthermore, the Senior Engineer must be aware of the contractual requirements in the area of responsibility including customer details, project scope and KPI's.
Customer service is key to delivery as well as ensuring that QHSE regulations and procedures are followed at all times.
Although predominantly based in the North West area, there may be a requirement from time to time to work in other Service Centre districts which may involve overnight stays.
