learndirect has worked with 75,000 employers in recruitment and skills development, equipping their workforces with qualifications, courses and apprenticeships.
A wide range of training opportunities are available for ForceSelect candidates including Apprenticeships at Levels 2 and 3 in:

• Maths and English
• Job skills (CV writing & interview techniques and preparation).
• Communication in the civilian workplace
• Financial management
A major sector of those leaving the Forces are those aged 21 or below and an Apprenticeship is an ideal way for them to get into work and learn new skills right from day one. The partnership seeks to encourage the uptake of Early Service Leavers as apprentices.
