The Role
The role of an Executive Assistant may consist of the following:
- Market research to include production of briefs for family members and Regional Management
- Extensive Diary Management
- Co-ordination of travel arrangements (both personal and business)
- Management and maintenance of emails - filtering, highlighting and responding as necessary
- Taking phones calls and re-directing or dealing with accordingly
- Post filtering and distribution
- Recording of daily events/ phone messages etc.
- Maintenance of Daily 'Bring Forward Folder'
- Responding and managing all partner invitations
- Management of personal household accounts and maintenance
- Researching, booking and organising social events (both personal and business)
- Arranging 'meet and greets' for new staff employees
- General administrative support and typing as directed
- Private errands on behalf of partners
- Cover for all company EAs as required
The Candidate
As an Executive Assistant, you should have the following knowledge:
- A flexible approach to working arrangements and the ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven experience EA/PA or management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong desktop applications skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of the Administration business
- Ability to influence at a Senior Management and Executive level
- Experience of business planning and budgeting
