Our client a whole range of IT consultancy and support services to companies from most sectors (from merchant banks and operational risk consultancies through to recruitment firms and charities), in and around London, the Home Counties, and the North East. They pride ourselves in providing a bespoke IT service, individually assessing and tailoring to the size of your company. Their client base has grown organically to what it is today largely due to referrals from existing happy clients.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
IT Support Engineer will upkeep, maintain, and develop in-house networks, servers, desktop/laptop, tablet/phone devices, and while providing 1st line and 2nd line support to internal/remote based staff. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff is a must.
You will be required to manage and prioritize while working within teams or individually.
You must have technology problem-solving skills and the ability to apply solutions to IT issue.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE
Successful candidates will ideally be educated to City and Guilds level 4 or degree level. It is more important that you have relevant experience in the above broad range of technologies.
