Our client is a well-known global Aerospace and Defence Business. They have an urgent requirement for a Maths and Physics Instructor in the Middle East.
Job purpose
The post holder will be responsible for delivering Academic Science Training (AST) at the Technical Institute. In particular, AST Instructors are expected to teach math, science and units specific to the City & Guilds 2850-82 or City & Guilds 2850-84.

The post holder will be expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.
The post holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by their line manager, which aligns with Company business.
ITAR responsibilities
The post holder is required to be fully knowledgeable of Export Control Requirements and may be required to handle Export Controlled/ITAR Data.
Work direction
The post holder is under the direction of the AS/BST Training Manager.
Task completion reporting will be to the AS/BST Training Manager.
Performance is reviewed and assessed by the AS/BST Training Manager, through the performance management system (ePDR), periodical instructor observations and cadet feedback forms.
The post holder reports directly to the AS/BST Training Manager, who monitors performance on a weekly basis. Processing of the post holder's Performance Development Review (PDR) is the responsibility of the AS/BST Training Manager.
Decision making authority
The post holder is required to work without supervision in the preparation, delivery and reporting of the scope of their job accountabilities.
Planning/organising
The post holder will plan and organise the preparation, delivery and reporting of training.
Report preparation
The post holder will be required to produce and submit reports on cadet attendance and performance, courseware and media.
