When I left the Army, McDonald’s appealed to me as it was voted within the top ten companies to work for and has great opportunities. With the help of ForceSelect I was lucky enough to be selected as a Trainee Manager and I haven’t looked back. The opportunities to better yourself and your career are endless including a Business Degree. I’ve already learnt so much from other members of staff with years of “on the job” experience and knowledge. The McDonald’s family is a great place to be and I look forward to a long and successful career with them.
