THE ROLE
- Primary -the Warehouse Coordinator will plan, schedule, lead and monitor completion of all warehouse tasks in SAP WMS under the direction of the Shift Leader and in conjunction with the Warehouse and Supply Chain teams;
- Perform key transactions related to goods inward and stock accuracy, administrative tasks as required, KPI production;
- Secondary -the post holder will be expected to perform physical tasks in the warehouse to support the team as and when required.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and Goods scheduling in agreement with the Network Controller and Shift Leader;
- Booking-in stock and producing GRNs;
- Process delivery discrepancies, liaising with internal stakeholders appropriately;
- Manage capacity planning activity -inbound (goods in, internal transfers and replenishment), outbound (pick, loading);
- Report on warehouse inventory levels and projections;
- Monitor MRP planning data for feedback to Demand Planner on discrepancies;
- Schedule continuous inventory (PI) for action by Warehouse team;
- Create, assign, and complete inventory control tasks;
- Support inventory control activities to include identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies resulting from reports, PI counts and stock takes;
- Manage returns from deliveries and customers efficiently;
- Liaise with Quality and Rework to coordinate QC checks and product movements;
- Control replenishment levels in Material Master Data for goods held in external warehouse;
- Manage warehouse Master Data;
- WM Task Scheduling;
- Partner closely with the warehouse management team to ensure warehouse activities are effectively scheduled and executed;
- Monitor and coordinate the physical warehouse activities and WM transactions to ensure accuracy;
- Schedule warehouse housekeeping tasks to prepare for the day's activity;
- Monitor goods-in schedule and plan put away tasks;
- Monitor status of outbound shipments;
- Create and coordinate replenishment tasks to ensure adequate stock in pick faces;
- Create and release picks and manage tasks for picking product for shipment;
- Manage the two-pick strategy to ensure that the warehouse staff do not run out of work;
- Investigate product shortages and re-pick shipments as needed;
- Manage staging and loading tasks;
- Manage outbound orders including stock transport orders (STO) between sites;
- Manage goods receipt product put away activities;
- Ensure sufficient working and charged handheld RF scanners are available for each shift;
- General administration as required including the production of KIP;
- The post holder will be expected to perform physical tasks in the warehouse to support the team as and when required.

- H&S basic or higher desirable but not essential;
- Intermediate IT skills in excel/word/outlook essential.
