GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

You will be…

• Managing the maintenance programme.
• Producing evenly distributed work schedules.
• Monitoring performance carefully across plant, equipment and process operations.
• Providing improvement plans where needed.
• Providing key product quality and quantity information.
• Providing Health and Safety documentation and equipment.
• Developing training plans.

Prospective Candidate Profile:

• When it comes to mechanical and electrical engineering, you're a technical expert, with experience of high-volume manufacturing environment.
• You will have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills will be the key to your success.
• You have a recognized maintenance qualification, and should either have, or be studying for a degree. A Six Sigma qualification will be an advantage.
• You will be responsible for raising standards as a Quality Engineer or optimizing the performance of the facility as a Plant Engineer.
• The majority of production areas work on a shift basis, so you must be flexible.
