GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vital support to maintenance specialists.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Monitor plant, equipment and process operations.
• Manage and monitor software data backups (including Robots and PLC); track and improve automation cycle times and develop their facility tools (including Cimplicity and SCADA systems).

Key Candidate Criteria

• You can demonstrate a broad range of knowledge of plant engineering and technical aspects of body construction.
• You are skilled in supervision and maintenance.
• You have a proactive approach and may have come from a Military background.

• You have relevant professional experience in developing strategies and producing continuous improvement plans.
• You have good knowledge of the TEM maintenance system.
• You have a thorough understanding of appropriate safety, COSHH and ergonomics procedures.
• You are familiar with using LEAN manufacturing techniques: knowledge of Six Sigma to Green Belt level would be an advantage.
• You're dedicated to excellence and will inspire that in others.
