The Role
Support the London Business Unit in delivering internal communications across the region to ensure all staff are kept informed and motivated. Liaise with the Head of Communications to ensure local communications support and align with national communications strategy and activities across the business.

Job Skills & Knowledge (Essential):
Experience
A background in communications at management level for a large organisation is essential. Specifically, the creation, management and successful deployment of internal communications plans with a focus on change.
Communication Skills
Relationship Skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will need to work across the business and possess the confidence to deal with senior leaders and explain communication techniques to them if and when required. Agency and supplier management experience is essential.
Organisational Skills
Excellent communications planning, campaign management and measurement skills and the ability to deliver consistently to plan, to budget and on time. The successful candidate will need the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the skills to lead virtual teams to deliver campaign objectives when required.
Proactive / Takes Initiative
This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated, results driven individual with a passion for driving business excellence through engagement and who can deliver at pace to a consistently high standard.
Systems Skills
Familiarity with the various channels of engagement required (e.g. intranets, internal social media platforms, webinars, blogs, vlogs and forums) their uses and management.)
