Welcome to ForceSelect, a specialist recruitment consultancy for service leavers and ex-service personnel.

 

We believe in the skills and experience that ex-military personnel can offer and it is our objective to provide these men and women with the best and most appropriate career opportunities within UK businesses.

 

We do more than just recruit.  ForceSelect operates a mentoring and support programme to provide unparalleled advice and guidance to individuals having left the Armed Forces who we place, enabling a seamless transition from service life into civilian employment.

 

As part of our wider corporate responsibility, the ForceSelect Foundation has been established in order to contribute towards service charities each year.

 

The MOD recognises the services being provided by ForceSelect who work tirelessly to identify recruitment opportunities for our service leavers. We welcome this additional support.
